Just a quick note to let you know what we have been doing in class. We have started our first science unit the Human Body. So far, we have identified major systems (6) in the human body i.e. muscular, digestive, respiratory, skeletal, nervous and circulatory. We have also practiced to describe their role and identify major organs in each systems. We have now started to investigate each system more closely; starting with the circulatory system.
On another note, students were assigned homework yesterday. Students can access it through Hapara Workspace. It is a text with questions. The homework is due Monday, September 30th. On Fridays, last block (2:30-3:45), students are given time to complete their unfinished work as well as time to complete the homework.
